Millisecond acquisition across thousands of tags

Acquisition tasks were organized for thousand-tag scale, holding a millisecond cadence under field conditions through batched tag scheduling, concurrent execution, buffering and resumption after interruption.

Low PLC resource usage

Connection reuse, merged tag reads and report-by-exception cut request volume and communication load, keeping acquisition from interfering with the controller's own operation.

Remotely maintainable

Acquisition, computation, inference and upload tasks run continuously while retaining configuration, version, log and health status for remote maintenance and diagnosis.
